I take pride in my work and put 100% into what I do. However, if you're not satisfied with your order or it arrives faulty please contact me within 7 working days of receiving your order to arrange a refund.
Once parcels have been sent out, please understand that the responsibility for their carriage and delivery lies with the mail/delivery company. I am in no way responsible for customs charges but I do my best to ensure that all appropriate paperwork is filled in to try and mitigate this.
If you receive damaged goods please contact me via email ([email protected]) with proof of damage (photograph) so that I can either send a replacement or I can send you a copy of proof of postage to enable you to make a claim from the delivery company.
If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time please contact me and I can send you a copy of proof of postage to enable you to make a claim from the delivery company.
The item to be returned must be returned in it's original unused and resalable condition, in it's ORIGINAL packaging and clearly marked as a return to it's country of origin. Return postage is the buyers responsibility and you must obtain proof of posting. Once the item has been returned and is in a re-sale-able condition, I will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 12 days of receiving the item back or resend new items depending on the customers decision.
