Mother Amanita
Hello and thankyou for stopping to rest at The Whispering Wild.
This sculpture has taken many hours of creation and is one of a kind. Mother Amanita is made from a wonderful blend of wet felted fibres, vintage lace and fabrics, velvet, embroidery and naturally dyed silk. Her little ruby shoes are such a delight and this lady appears to have quite a lot of wisdom with a little impatience :)
The frame she resides in is handmade by a highly skilled carpenter. I have then aged it with a gorgeous wax and attached a hanging piece should you wish her to sit upon your wall but she will stand quite comfortably on a mantlepiece. The frame is signed and dated on the reverse.
Her little name plaque is vintage inspired with a hand painted watercolour insert and handwritten ink name.

Please do not display in the window or direct light as it may affect the colour.
This is not a toy and therefore not intended for anyone under the age of 14 years.
I put all my love into creating these designs so I am afraid I do not offer refunds unless it arrives damaged. In which case I will ask for photo evidence and for the piece to be returned within 10 working days for a full refund minus postage costs.
Please allow up to one week for me to wrap and post your items, we no longer have a post office in my town and its a couple miles walk to the nearest so I like to post once a week.
Postage is calculated for a select few destinations, if postage is overestimated for any reason I will refund you the difference after posting via Paypal. If ordering more than one item I will combine postage and refund any difference. Please make sure your paypal postage address is correct at time of purchase.
If purchasing from outside of the UK there is no guarantee this will reach you before christmas. Also it may incur customs taxes which I am afraid are out of my control.
