These prints are of very high quality, I have deliberately included a small white border in between the paper and the mount so that the beautiful handmade paper the original painting was created on can be seen. To reflect the texture of the original paper these prints are printed onto a textured paper that adds to that 'otherworldly feel'. All prints will arrive in the gorgeous bespoke mounts you can see in the photos and ready to be framed.
I will hand sign each print discreetly on the bottom right hand corner of the mount.

Some Items may arrive in separate packages, this does not affect your postage cost but obviously items may arrive at different times.
Orders sent in Large letter size or smaller will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, orders above this size will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail.
Please make sure your PayPal postage address is correct at time of purchase.

I take pride in my work and put 100% into what I do. However, if you're not satisfied with your order please contact me within 7 working days of receiving your order to arrange a refund.
Once parcels have been sent out, please understand that the responsibility for their carriage and delivery lies with the mail/delivery company.
If you receive damaged goods please contact me within 48 hours, with proof of damage (photograph) so that I can either send a replacement or I can send you a copy of proof of postage to enable you to make a claim from the delivery company.
If your goods do not arrive within a reasonable time please contact me and I can send you a copy of proof of postage to enable you to make a claim from the delivery company.
The item to be returned must be returned in it's original unused and resalable condition, in it's ORIGINAL packaging and clearly marked as a return to it's country of origin. Return postage is the buyers responsibility and you must obtain proof of posting. Once the item has been returned and is in a re-sale-able condition, I will issue a full refund via your original payment method within 12 days of receiving the item back.
Please understand that custom orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

This listing is for one giclée fine art print of my watercolour painting ' Wren in the Wild Roses'
These prints are of very high quality, I have deliberately included a small white border in in the print so that the beautiful handmade paper the original painting was created on can be seen. To reflect the texture of the original paper these prints are printed onto a textured paper that adds to that 'otherworldly feel'. This print will arrive unmounted.
I will hand sign each print discreetly on the bottom right hand corner of the mount.

All post is insured and tracked.
Packages shipped outside of the UK may incur customs charges, I am afraid this is beyond my control and part of the postal service however I do fill in customs labels for every order to try and eliminate this risk.
Postage is calculated for a select few destinations, if postage is overestimated for any reason I will refund you the difference after posting via Paypal. If ordering more than one item I will combine postage and refund any difference. Please make sure your Paypal postage address is correct at time of purchase.
