Deep within the awakening March hedgerow, beneath speckles of thorn blossom and amongst faded forgotten spiral shells rests the Primulus lepus.
The petals that grow upon her are as delicate as that of the sweetest songbirds egg painted in the softest butter shade. Emerging bumblebees visit her flowers without even realising she is there. For all her quietness I promise that if you sit on a sunny bank in late March you are sure to feel her presence capture your heart. A feeling of serene stillness in preparation for the bloom of magnificence.
